Check the Princeton/Kentucky result from March 17. |

@Flynt I didn't get get credit for my March 17 win. My winning streak should be 5 after March 17....with my monthly W-L-T total at 13-3-1.....not 4 and 12-3-1. |

@Flynt I see plenty of other players are having this same issue. Others can't even make a pick March 18 because their March 17 pick was never tabulated. |

@Flynt It wasn't. ?? |

When do I get credit for my win on March 17? It shows the win on my profile but my winning streak and monthly W-L-T total weren't updated.
I see others are experiencing this same issue. |

@Burnttoast I remember back in the day (early 2000s) when you were allowed to make another pick as soon as your first pick was over. So if you strategized, it was possible to make 4-5 survivor picks each day! Now you get one pick -- and one pick only per day -- and if it gets cancelled, you're outta luck for the day.
I understand we're playing this contest for free, so it's hard to complain. Still..... |

When you make a Survivor pick and it gets voided due to a cancellation or postponement, why can't you make another pick? Why do you have to wait until the next day? If it's been voided, shouldn't you be allowed to make a different pick? |

Gotta love OT when you have the over! Great pick(s). Good luck the rest of the way! |

Why has the over/under on he Bucks/Suns game been taken off the board? Consensus rules? It's 61% over! That's a consensus? Give me a break! |

@ParleyPrince I was referencing history.......which is 7-of-17. |

There have been 17 other players in Covers history with 20 wins going for 21. They went a combined 7-10 on their next pick. So you have a 41.2% chance of winning that $25,000. Only 7 players have reached 21.....and no one's ever made it to 25.....yet. Good luck! |

I believe the "consensus" changes when the line changes. If 75% of bettors have the Lakers at -3, then Covers won't let you make a pick. But as soon as that line changes -- to Lakers -3.5 or -2.5 -- then you start over since there is no consensus (yet) for the new line. Once 67-70% of bettors go one way or the other on the NEW line, then consensus rules kick in again. |

The mistake most bettors make is betting different amounts of money on different wagers. For example, you bet $10 on a game and win, bet another $10 on a game and win, then bet $30 on the next game and lose. You're 2-1 overall, but you're down money overall. Poor strategy.
If you're confident you win more bets than you lose, bet the same amount of money on each wager....no matter how enticing one particular bet may look. Also, never try a pyramid scheme where you keep doubling your bet after a loss. Sounds good in the short run, since you rarely lose four or five games in a row. But look at the betting history of ANY longtime Covers player and you'll see that long losing streaks do happen. I had a friend lose 20 bets in a row. Imagine what would have happened to his bankroll if he always doubled down after a loss! |

Has anyone else received this message from Covers when trying to do a survivor pick?
SORRY: Due to the consensus for this game, we cannot accept your pick. I'm trying to take the Red Wings minus $130 at Anaheim and this is the message I get. I've gotten this message before and can't understand why. What does it mean "Due to the consensus for this game." What consensus? What does that have to do with anything? This game is listed under Make Pick and is an eligible game to choose from based on the rules. So why can't I take the damn Red Wings? |

My record is 1262-1226-40 through July 5. Been playing this frustrating game since 2000. Can't ever get past 11 wins in a row.
