Can someone please explain why the clock didn't restart after the injury stoppage on 3rd down with 50 seconds left in the Sugar Bowl? I thought that the game clock always restarts after the ball is set following an injury stoppage with a running clock. Has this rule changed or has it always been this way? Does the fact that it was under two minutes make a difference? Even if that is the correct rule, what is the logic behind it? Doesn't it incentivize the defense to purposely injure players on the offense to "earn" what is essentially an extra time out? If Texas had won the game, this would have been the only reason why they had enough time to do so. |

Those first two bets certainly didn't look good halfway through the game. Eight goals scored in a 22 minute span! |

@Viennaarsenal84 Brilliant insight with eight minutes left in the game. |

Is there a site that lists the first half totals for previous games? I know a good rule of thumb is half of the full game total minus five, but I would like to find some definitive numbers. It feels like first half unders have been crushing in this tournament! |

I think you're posting in the wrong thread. |

I have that same prop bet available, but it is worded differently. My site says "team to win more tournament games". The time of the games is irrelevant - it is solely based on which teams advances further. Maybe your site is different but I doubt it. |

I didn't get in until earlier today when it was +25.5. Needless to say that was the most exciting finish of the tournament. |

It's still on pace to safely play under, but it looks like both teams will be in the bonus with about ten minutes left. That's a bit worrisome. |

Nice 11-0 run to start the second half. Hopefully the Tigers can hold on. |

in College Basketball This spread has moved six points, and is now Spiders +4.5! I know that the two leading scores are out, but I thought that was already known when the original line was set. Blake Francis already missed the Duquesne game two weeks ago. |

in College Basketball This game is actually on Wednesday, correct? I just want to make sure I'm reading everything correctly. |

That sure was a lucky break in the Devils / Islanders game! I don't think anybody on either team thought that the potential GWG was offside. That was about as close as they get... |

@davemsh Yes, next weekend the games run Friday to Monday, and the next two rounds run Saturday to Tuesday. The Final Four is still Saturday and Monday. |

This is the weirdest game I've ever seen. How does a team have a six-minute stretch with 17 points then later have a nine-minute scoreless drought? You might need triple overtime to hit that over. |

How many different events needed to play out perfectly in the last 30 seconds for Alabama to cover? Unbelievable... |
