Arizona State -19 vs Idaho State

Idaho State might have been the worst team in college basketball last season, and I don't expect much improvement this year. Its tough to read college basketball early on with all of the roster turnover but I like this matchup. Arizona State has been recruiting well recently and they are playing a poorly coached team in this one.

Texas A&M -19 vs New Mexico 

UNM has been downright awful lately...blowout losses @Fresno State and Wyoming before a 24-10 home loss to Utah State ...QB Lamar Jordan got benched in the second half in favor of a guy who started the Wyoming game and got replaced after throwing 3 picks, so a lot of uncertainty there. I really don't see Davie's shotgun triple option having any success vs a defense that is much more athletic than their previous opponents. A&M needs a home romp after a tough few games, and I think they cover with ease here
