@Natty68 Matching Georgia's level of talent is not an issue for Bama. Georgia would have beaten Bama because they are by far the more disciplined team. |

Pretty sure everybody knows this, but don't lose twice. Nobody to blame, but themselves. Bama did not deserve to win either game they lost. Bama out-mistaked both opponents by about 10-1. That lack of discipline cost them an opportunity to play in the big-boy tournament. |

When you consider how vast college football is - all the conferences and teams - the process by which the final teams are selected today is the best that it has ever been, and about as good as anyone can expect. The primary contrary theory being put forth by those who are horrified by the tragedy unfolding on their television is that that final 4 should be selected by marrying the teams that theoretically match-up the best. Most readers of this thread are likely too young to remember when there was no championship games in college football. The #1 team might be matched up against the #12 in the Bluebonnet Bowl! But I post to say that I know a little bout Bama footballl, and them getting snubbed this year may be the best thing for them moving forward. Hint: if you ever see them have 16 penalties in a game again, you will know it did not work.

I bought both tickets earlier . . . before I saw this thread. I have Navy +11 large, and Navy ML small. Let's hope we're on the right side of this one.

Cardell absolutely shredded the Saints D! I'm just gonna hang in there with my Saints +7.5.
