I know there is a lot of hate on the JM or ahem Tony Chau MLB betting system. I certainly have made bags of cash with it over the past few years though. Whether this clown comes up with or invents the system doesn't matter to me. It is if I can see the documentation then the results
I wanted to see if anybody has paid for and revealed this new system on here. If nobody has I would be willing to go in on it and split it with a few of us to lower the sticker shock cost of $200. He claims it is no chase. Anyone? Bueller?

24-15 is still good, but 2-5 on the first posted picks is concerning. Especially on something that has done 75%...hmm

I usually follow this one as well. Not bad for College either if I remember correctly, but I don't have numbers for it.
Tampa Bay W vs Pittsburgh Jacksonville L vs San Diego

Money Management is truly key. Especially here with such a potentially long chase. I think chases can make some loot as long as you bet very small to begin with. A small initial bet may be boring, BUT it will allow to play out a system such as this without too much panic. Whatever this system is.
A word of caution is that just when you don't think something is possible - it happens. A couple years ago I played a 'system' I made up during the NHL Playoffs. Very simple. Fade every team when they play on the Road in a CHASE. Once they lose a Road game the chase was a winner and over with. I had back-tested and figured I'd make a little money. Then the unimaginable happened and the LA Kings Jonathan Quicked me en route to winning EVERY Road game in the Playoffs and the Stanley Cup. I kept chasing a Road loss from them all the way and got slapped for A LOT of losses! I also got smoked fading the Astros 6 games in a row last season (beat Rockies 2 games, then LA Angels 4 in a row!). I did quick math at -142 avg odds and if your unit is $50 and you go to a "F Game" (which has happened twice in the three yrs of back-testing), your F Game bet will be $5,892.94 to win $4,149.96. Clearly it is unlikely that you lose that F Game, but "what if." That would take out a tad more than half of your bankroll. "What if" it happened early in the season? Not bashing, just tossing out some painful wisdom. In My Opinion, the way the beat the book is by small bets that you can chase if you desire and chip away at those person - nickel and dimeing THEM instead of you! On Aug 30 I deposited $1500 in an account and have patiently grown it to just over $4500 as of yesterday. Chip away, baby, and be safe out there

He has a Comp line that he gives out free plays every day. It is used more for trying to lure you into buying his picks for the week. You have to sit through close to 5 minutes of hype, then at the end they give out a play for the weekend. I pay strong attention to the Early Bird Play on Monday because it wins about 2/3's of the time. Just don't let yourself get suckered into buying the picks.
It is the North Coast Sports Complimentary line. I'm not going to give it out here because I am not trying to push anyone in that direction, but you can find it on their website if you want it. I simply figured SOMEONE on here besides me calls in to listen to those picks and I wanted the Early Bird play that I missed Monday...rats.

Does anyone know what Phil Steele/North Coast Sports used are using as their Early Bird play this week. They released it this week yesterday and I forgot to call. Now it's too late to get it unless someone called in and knows it...Bueller?

I forgot to call yesterday and I have been paying attention to this play for years. So far it is only 1-3 this year which is way worse than normal. I'd hate to miss it and it hit since I've been playing it. If you know, Please let me know...

Thanks Bake.
No it is not any attempt to get anyone to that site. I was guided there by someone else today and I am just curious to follow it. One month away from the Premier League starting back up! Your explanation has helped. By the way...you had a sweet lid back in the late 70's

Does anyone know how to understand what the picks are on the Goldenbet site?
I was just directed there today to check it out. I am intrigued as I love soccer, but there is no explanation of how to tell what the actual picks are. I see the rating level, but how do you know who the play is on or if it is on the total? Any help is appreciated

I am playing it, but this Cincy series makes me very nervous. Milwaukee F'd me on a 4-game sweep of the Dodgers earlier this season and no Votto.
BUT it is a TEAM game and I am relying on Cincy's overall talent...especially pitching

Hey Trigg,
I'm looking at the Goldenbet site. Can you concisely tell me how to read what the bet/play is? Also, what is the deal with the success statistics at the top? What are the percentages and what do they mean?

Has anyone heard of this site or of these clowns? I am one of the few Americans that enjoy soccer and would find it very fulfilling to win some loot on it as well. So I was wondering if anyone on here has ordered this "system" and is sharing it on here in a post. I am curious to see the plays in action.
Anyone? PS I put a space between the .com because I did not want to provide a link to someone else's advertisement.

There's a LOT of people bitching at each other. Don't bite at the temptation, just leave it alone...even if attacked.
Some times I wonder the age group on here. That's not an insult...I do actually wonder what the age group is on some of these posts. If someone comes in and bashes, the best thing you can do is completely ignore them. Cheers! Thanks Yu! |

Put up or...
I'm putting up. Tex on C bet. The only position statistically Oak is better is Reddick vs Cruz and that is marginal. Anybody would take Cruz over the entire season as well. This is a mismatch on paper...ON PAPER!!!!! I'm also going large against KC with Bal even though Hunter hasn't pitched well. Last outing he pitched on 3 days rest. This time it's 5 days rest. BAL measures up well with KC except on defense. This would be the C bet REVERSE (going against bad team vs 2 consecutive good teams) And I have Darvish on the mound in fantasy...bring it Yu!

Such as: VS San Diego against WAS & LAD and also VS Kansas City against TEX & BAL Both SD and KC qualify as inferior in RPI to both of their upcoming opponents. MIN would also qualify to play against as well, EXCEPT DET does not have a better than .500 record. (Unofficial I guess). My guess is that there has not been back-testing on this? It follows the same logic - that bad teams will lose at least one against two good teams. However it is a slightly different dynamic invloved - going against a bad team to lose one against two DIFFERENT good teams instead of backing a good team to win one against two different bad teams. This would add a VS KC (Tex again) as it's own separate series and a VS SD (WAS) as it's own series to this group. If you wanted to add an unofficial VS MIN (DET) series you could as well. I understand this is not your system, but it is right in line with the exact same logic Talk to me Goose! B2Dubs...what are your thoughts on playing against bad teams just like playing on good teams?

One other chunk of fat to chew on:
neither SD or MIN have won more than two in a row this season. KC won three in a row once, and are on a two game winning streak. They'd have to run that to six in a row to lose that series vs Tex & Bal. Odds are high against that.
