ROCKETS VS PORTLAND UNDER 215.5

Game one needed over time to go over, and game 2 needed about 12 points in the final 1-2 minutes to go over..the line hasnt moved..I see this going under by a few if it goes over it may be only by 1 or 2. Not to mention do we really thing mr 40 pts is going to score 40 again? Ill take him scoring 30 and harden scoring into the mid 20s with a 107-100 houston win! and this is also and occasion where I would bet HOUSTON SPREAD!
