replied to How to file a complaint in Gaming Industry - US See i heard they were good at paying out also thats why i went to them. I cashed out using "Pay2card" so it was suppose to go back onto my debit card. They told me it would take 5-10 business days. when i contacted them after the 13th business day they said they needed to see my bank statement to make sure in fact i have not received the funds. They then told me it shows paid on there end. When in fact my bank statement shows them it has not been credited to my account. So supposedly they are investigating it. Being this is my first time cashing out with them i only cashed out 600 just to make sure that the cash out process was simple. Now this happens. Thank you for all of the comments i appreciate it. Yes, i understand that in the end they really dont have to pay but thats bad business and nobody wants that. I have been getting the run around from BOOKMAKER. I have been using the same credit card and have made 10-15 deposits with no problem. It has been 13 business since my payout was approved . So now the first time I cash out and now this!? So now I have to wait until the end of the month to send them my statement. They also said because it is a "3rd party" who handles the payouts . I don't know what else to do except to send them my statement . I have already sent over ALL the credit card forms to verify my credit card and ID. I have never had this problem with Bobada. It has been 13 business days. I talked to them on the live chat and they told me I had to wait until the end of Febuary so I can send them my credit card statement . The reason they said was to prove to them that the funds were not put back onto my card. They said that they will open an investigation after they recieve my credit card statement. I have made about 10-15 deposits using this same card with no problems depositing money. This is my first time cashing out with BOOKMAKER and this is what happens? Very frustrating.
