Well, let me start off by saying I have not posted any picks this season here on covers, but i'm 3-0 so far (I'm an extremely picky person) and I plan on remaining undefeated atleast for a day more.
The golden state warriors are 11-5 against the spread, yet two of my wins came by fading this team. Nets +17 and raptors +10 to be precise. You better believe it when I tell you they have a very strong chance of losing SU tonight, anyways, we don't want to play hero or something so we'll just play it safe and grab the points. We don't care whether the suns win or they barely cover by 1, the only thing that really matters here is that we will be cashing out, this is a call to all of you sharps and squares, we should all be on the same page tonight. You only have yourself to blame if you skip fading the warriors on this spot, they've finally achieved the record and were practically on a 2 day rampage party, they'll be obviously unprepared to face a hungry suns teams that needs no extra motivation other than simply be talked about around all papers if they manage to stop the warriors streak, we don't know for sure if that's gonna happen but +8.5 goes far beyond what we will need to cover. When was the last time you saw Phoenix getting more than 8 at home anyway? Are you really nuts as to let this GOLDEN chance go? I don't know about but Im already absolutely convinced... The play: PHOENIX SUNS +8.5 LARGE!! |

Yes, I'm calling this now. it's time, I could give you a hundred of reasons why, but I don't feel like wasting my time for too long.
The play: Tigers@Mariners UNDER 8 -120 You can probably wait a few minutes before playball and grab a better line, this one goes under, no question about it, don't let the squares fool you tonight, Big money coming in on the over, that's better for you, as I said, it'll give you a better line closing in at gametime.

Sure rucifer, will kindly give it to you. I love being questioned about my picks, the pressure is on the pacers because they're the team that was supposed to have no problem at all advancing to the finals, because of a few factors, home court advantage, being the top seed, and they were also blessed with the easiest row in the playoffs... the hawks and the wiz.. thats all it would take to reach the finals.
A few more points now. The wizards obviously play better in the road, that's no secret for anyone, there has been alot of tension inside the pacers clubhouse for several different reasons, they don't want this to extend to seven games and decide everything on a coinflip, they want to end this tonight badly, otherwise.. if they feel the pressure right now, it would completely double up on the next game. So what's on the wizards mind tonight? "Oh well, we really have nothing to lose, we're the younger and inexperienced team, win or lose.. our achievements this season have reached any expectations they had for us. So even if they lose, it's like mission accomplished for them, that would be why. The wiz plays relaxed tonight and won't force things.

Oh and btw... I'm 4-2 against the spread these playoffs..
and a perfect 6-0 on ML since every team I've picked has won SU. who's doing better than me right now?

You'd be surprised if you saw my previous picks... as I backed the pacers twice and won, something just doesn't feel right today..
You can say that these games have been coinflips, I'd respond to you, what isn't on sports gambling? Only a sharp mind changues perspective when needed, the key here is to NOT be stubborn. I firmly believe that the series between these two will go to 7 games, with the pacers winning in dramatic fashion the last one. it's about time the wizards come out strong and show they can actually play infront of their crowd... so I'm seeing alot of love for the pacers today, im not sure.. im really not sure, I think wizards is the correct play today. Won't go further into this one explaning matchups or anything, lets leave all that aside, that's getting too pretty.. the young wiz isn't ready to throw the towel just yet, and I think they'll come out firing, the pressure is on the pacers tonight, despite the fact that they'll be the dogs in this one. Money is on washington today. teasing down to -2.5 for -140. Good lucky my babies!

All the tailers playing these picks, it's obviously their responsability. As bad as this guy could be, he's also the most popular, and alot of people tails him, it's not his money when you bet his pick and win.. it's not his faul when you bet his picks and lose.

Close out games, let's get real, neither the Nets or the Blazers stand a true chance of advancing, games won't be as close as they were yesterday, it's better to put your money today on the best teams in each conference, don't get 'too pretty' today.
The Nets and the Blazers are done, I still took Portland in game 4 knowing that they were not going away without a fight in front of their home crowd. Completely different story today, as the Spurs will be ready for whatever they bring for them. The heat also doesn't want any drama, they've absolutely no interest in working together with the NBA prolonging these series, whatever help you could think the nets will get from the refs today, they'll simply overcome it. If you take the nets or the blazers then pray for a cover, because no way in hell they're winning SU. Laying the points today. Miami -6.5 -120 Spurs -8. |

And I hope he does, lol... it's still hard to believe for me that a team coached by Doc Rivers plays defense the way the clippers do, I think it should be around the number.. depends alot on what kind of rusell westbrook are we going to see tonight, the typical selfish one? it might stay under then

I agree, there is only one team this season who can stop the Spurs, that would be the Thunder of course.
If Thunder does advance, then yeah, I see HeatVsOKC very tight matchup.. probably heat winning in 7? If spurs does advance to the finals, I think they'll avenge last years defeat and win the championship.

Lol professional wrestling xD but they wouldn't let us bet on it
I don't know about the total.. I'd say under, but no way im betting an under when two fast-paced teams come to play, I'd leave the total alone.

The NBA surprised us in the first round with quite a few upsets here and there, but at the end of the day.. you can see how things are simply pointing in the 'obvious' direction. So yeah, most of us pretty much knew since January that the Heat and the Pacers were going to be right at it for the EAST, and in the other conference, there isn't much surprise either, the spurs have simply been unstoppable the whole year, they will be taking on either the thunder or the clippers.
It's not the greatest idea to lay 5 points in a playoff game between 2 titans, but I don't see the clippers winning this game, if I was to back the clippers I would be hoping for a cover only, So I'm backing the home team tonight which has dominated these series for the most part, aside that 1st game and the last quarter I think the thunder is pretty much capable of handling the clippers. No one was expecting the public NBA predictions to be that easy.. but for this year, it was (again btw). So it's all set-up for a pacers-heat in the East, and it will all be ready for a thunder-spurs matchup soon. Are you really going to bet against it? Good luck. Thunder -4.5 -120 (Bet365.) |

Wait, all i'm saying is that there's a 6 point swing between switching homecourts, not 4.. so with apples and pears for you. Nets@heat -8 Netsvsheat (Neutral field, if that was the case) -5 Heat@nets -2. 4 points only.. seriously? and the nets played a game in europe just this year, and there were other games cancelled, the nba is trying hard to expand.
