created a topic ANY THOUGHTS ON NIU@KENT in College Football Looking at this game hard and like NIU here. Very impressive road win against Purdue and the offense looks to be on fire. Kent State struggled until the 4th qtr against Western Michigan and I watched the disaster at Penn State. Coming off a 3 game road trip and playing at home might rejuvenate them but I don't see Kent hanging with this NIU squad. Like them to run away with this game and cover -9. created a topic PBT WEEK 6 in College Football Week 5: 1-4-1 YTD: 1-4-1 Started posting my picks to this forum last week and got absolutely murdered. Was part of the Covers bloodbath that was Navy and Wyoming. Didn't tail but handicapped them and really liked them. Teams just didn't show up. Only argument I have is that there is no better coach than Urban Meyers to prepare his team for the next game. created a topic WASH - STANFORD DISCUSSION in College Football Really impressed with this Stanford team. Offense is clicking and defense is starting to rev up. They handled a very good ASU team that was on fire against USC (and I thought USC has a decent defense). Good spot for them at home, revenge on their minds. Washington struggled against a cupcake Arizona team in the early going. Looking for Stanford to start hot and Washington trying to play catch up and abandon the run. See a 2 td win. Thoughts? Nighttime prime time game scares me to lay the points on OSU but I feel that they have better players on both sides and Urban Meyers will have this team prepared. Liked what I saw out of Braxton Miller against Wisconsin. This guy has an arm and can make big plays. Probably tease them down to a pk. Any thought?
