Slow week one... hanging tough and remaining honest with my season totals. Let’s turn it around this week! laying the wood with MINNESOTA-16.5 at home against the lowly bills. Why be anti buffalo!? : shadys going to be limited. the buffalo receiving core is sub par at best and most importantly : the Minnesota defense is stingy at home! Cousins has looked good chucking it all over the field, he’ll be forced to continue to throw it with delvin cook out this week but he has plenty of weapons.
Lets take the JAGS -6.5 at home against the titans as well. Looks like Marcus Mariota will sit again which leaves Blaine gabbert under Center for Tennessee. The titans squeaked by last weekend and Gabbert is the only qb in the league (non rookie) who has NEVER covered the spread the week following a straight up win. Jags by a bunch!
Last but not least. NEW ENGLAND -6.5 on the road in Detroit. The lions stink. Don’t expect josh Gordon to have a huge impact this week if he plays but long term, it a huge pick up for the pats. This is more a fade on the lions and sets up to be a strong steady reminder that Brady always makes the guys around him better. Pats by ten
Best of luck this week!

Good morning fellow degenerates! Im just a regular guy who watches football with his buddies.. I plan on keeping this thread going all season to reflect real totals, whether good or bad! Three picks a week with short insight on each. Here we go! Season total ATS 0-0 Pittsburgh -5 at home against the Chiefs. Tomlin is 8-3 against the points in home openers since taking the head job with the Steelers. Mahomes looked special week one but I think Pittsburgh comes out at home pissed about the tie and even more pissed about the entire Le’Veon ordeal. Double digit catches for AB and give me pitt by a touchdown.
Saints/Browns OVER 49 I’m taking the saints over at home anytime it’s under 50. The saints are going to score in bunches against most teams and the New Orleans defense is awful. Shredded by Fitzmagic and that talented group of pass catchers in Tampa bay. Hopefully this one flies over by halftime.
Atlanta -5.5 at home against the panthers. Extra rest for the falcons. Division game at home. The Carolina offensive line is really banged up. The panthers are without Greg Olsen. Carolinas secondary is suspect and the falcons are loaded with receivers who can and will stretch the field. Give me the dirty birds!

Sam Bradford has played like the guy who got booted outta philly-- minnesota has mustered for 12 points per game in their last three games (loses to the eagles, bears and lions) YIKES! the minnestoa run defense has been getting shreaded in recent weeks. the redskins had a let down last week with the tie against the bengals..ryan kerringan has 5.5 sacks in his last four games--look for a bounce back week at home for the skins and kirk cousins--too many weapons for the vikings to overcome--skins 31-21 cowboys+3 --pittsburgh hasnt played well against the run all year and zeek is by far the best back in the league. tough to play against the steelers at home but I dont think ben's back to 100 percent yet. pats -7 --- because its brady and bill in foxboro--seattle on a short week..cross country trip...brady brady brady!!! |

pats -5.5...im riding this cash cow until it loses..brady, gronk and belichick vs tyrod, reggie bush and rex. why is the line only -5.5. mccoy has been ruled out. the bills shut the out the pats in foxboro a couple of weeks ago (which remains as NE's only lose)..this one may finish 60-3! the pats are 3-0 ats on the road this year and buffalo has played a SOFT schedule this year--loses to the ravens, jets, dolphins and wins against the niners, rams, cards and the aforementioned pats... playing all of this years winnings on the pats today!
indy +3.. i dont know why i continue to put myself though such misery with the colts but im a believer again this week! plus points at home!? sign me up..believe it or not the colts are 2-1 ats at lucas oil stadium this year. andrew luck has returned to form in 2016 throwing for 14 td and only 4 int. the colts are 4-1 SU in their last five against KC and in my opinion the chiefs are a far different team when playing on the rd---six fumbles (five lost) in three road games this year! the colts defense is suspect at best but with andrew luck having his top three receivers for the first time since week 2.. give me the colts in a shoot out any day against a team with alex smith under center. colts a straight up winner! Thats all for now.. leaning ATL later but well see how the early game go. good luck to all!

whats up fellas.. more research to come but wanted to lock in an early game play. Cinci -3...its a great spot for cincinnati this week--they desperately need a win to keep pace in the afc north--both the steelers and ravens are banged up, both are on a bye this week and are scheduled to play one another in week 9..a win today gets the bengals to 4-4.. and in a potential position to take control of the division moving forward. the skins are in the thick of the nfc east as well but personally i think they come up short today. jordan reed, vernon davis and josh norman are all expected to play but cant be expected to be anywhere close to 100%..matt jones has coughed it up eight times in twenty career games--and might not even play due to a knee injury. i think andy daulton chucks it down field to aj green and brandon lafell all day long.-- the skins have played three top tier wide outs this year--antonio brown, dez brant and odb.. brown went for 8 catches and 126y. dez 7rec for 102y odell 7rec for 121y--expect the same from aj green--statement game for the bengals and i think they win by at least a td.
