This! Although Pinnacle & 1 or 2 other online books are very good & wont stiff you, if youre up over 100k, take out 4k a month................but it will take you forever to get your money since the laws have changed, thanks to president Bush. 

Hook up with local guys that use online services...........you have the best of both worlds & you can collect your money weekly or how ever the set-up is...............
