 I'm not claiming to be a quality guy, I'm just looking for quality posting vs. the usual fluff.  My longest streak is 13, it's easy to look up on this site.  I really don't think that's unusually high, I never finished in the $$$.  (I have won several hats and a money clip in various contests on this site.)  I'm not looking for easy answers either, just clever, and intelligent conversation.

 My best streak was 13.  I won a hoodie.  As for 24 posts, well I guess I'm just a quality over quantity guy.  That's why I started this tread.  To weed out all those coin flippers and just get some intelligent conversation.

 You make a good point.  A popular betting adage says "bet against the public" I've found that this contrarian philosophy works well in the stock market too.

Would it be possible for Covers to create a tread where only qualified members could post.  By that I mean only those who have proven their selves by obtaining a "Streak" of 10+ or a similar qualification.  I enjoy reading these posts, some are funny, some get a little silly.  However, most of these "predictors" seem to be just pulling picks from a hat.

Old browsers like our personal freedoms are disappearing.  You need to use one of the new browsers.  I was able to cut and paste this URL to Microsoft Edge.  Actually, I couldn't even reply here from my old browser, I don't know how Joeiz66 is doing it.

Yes, I won a $30 credit.  I got an email with the code to use when purchasing the "expert" pick.  I used it right away on a $30 pick and I understood that it would be emailed to me, but I never got it (yes, I checked my SPAM folder too).  No big deal, I wouldn't have invested too much on it as I really don't have a lot of convidence in any "expert."  I usually end up in the top 100, so why would I need an "expert."  I really just wanted to win merch...or cash.  It's always fun to play. 

Thank you for the clearing that up.  I've always found Covers to be a straight shooter and I have played (and won, sometimes) many contests.  To those who sometimes harp about glitches and question the handling of the contests:  "Relax...you're playing for FREE.  Appreciate that."

I also had 201 wins and was temporarily in 2nd place.  I knew that was wrong, but I hope that 201st win wasn't counted against me in the standings because it was a late Lakers game.  I ended up in the 45th spot.  I was really hoping to win a mug (35 - 40).
