I am a small gambler, maybe $10-30 per game. I have never made a withdrawal request as I usually have less than $1000 in the account. The collection of all my bets has been $23,000... I have not lost that amount. They are refusing my withdrawal request as they are combining all of the free play deposits that I have made over the 10 years.
I asked if they could just remove the bonuses that have not yet been earned and they said that they would not allow any withdrawal until all have been played. Really frustrating.

Has anyone had a problem withdrawing money from Betphoenix? I have been a loyal customer for many years and have never made or requested any withdrawals. Today, for the first time, I requested a $1,200 withdrawal. First, I was told that there would be a $50 fee. Then, I was told that I could only withdraw $1,000, even with the fee. Then, after I requested the $1,000 withdrawal, I got a call from them 10 minutes later denyingmy request for any withdrawal. According to the lady that I spoke with, she said that I had only bet $23,890 and was required to bet $27,303 before I could withdraw because of roll over requirements. Are you kidding me? I have been a customer for probably 10 years and have never made a withdraw request. then, this happens the first time? Anyone else have this problem? If you can't widow money from Betphoenix, why would anyone ever deposit money there? Please help.

You are absolutely correct in that I apparently did not understand what I was betting. That's my fault. Just curious, why do the books offer a -1/2 goal line? I can see a +1/2 goal line as a tie would be a win. However, I still maintain that a -1/2 goal line makes no sense if it is the same thing as the moneyline. |

It would make more sense if the 1/2 goal line was for the game and as shootouts don't count as goals, it would include everything but shootouts. Why would a book offer a 1/2 goal line if it is the same thing as the money line? It makes no sense.

If its the same bet, why are there different odds (+108 versus +114)? |

I placed a wager on Spain -1/2 goal at Betjamaica. Thinking I had won after the game ended 1-0 in OT, I found that my bet had been graded as a loss. I called customer service and they were not able to answer my question so I will ask it here. If the 1/2 goal lines only include regulation and injury time, but not OT, what is the difference between the money line and the 1/2 goal lines? In other words, why would anyone bet the 1/2 goal line versus the money line if they are for the same thing? In my case, the Spain money line was +114. The 1/2 goal line was +108. I took the goal line on the presumption that it included OT. Otherwise, they would be the same bet and have different odds. Please someone explain this to me. Thanks |
