Yeah @flynt it's not fixed. I can pick a game, but the next morning it shows I never picked it and I still have the Aug 26 game at the top of the list. So while the pick says "void" and we can make a pick, that pick is eventually canceled by the system. |

I should clarify they have the exact picks throughout the 13-games. |

latdaco and MonkeyFighter, both with 13 streaks, have the exact same picks. I realize the enforcement on this game is lax to say the least, but double accounts are eligible to win? |

Something is fishy here.. I checked the leaderboard shortly after the noon games started, and he/she hadn't made a pick yet. Looks like he/she was allowed to pick once the game was in progress. Either the leader has hacked the system or this is a bot set up by covers (note all the numbers in the username).

Looks like he didn't make a pick by the time the game started --- then was allowed to retroactively pick the Tigers once they were winning. I guess he figured out how to game the system --- good for him, I suppose. Shows you how weirdly this game is run.

Every selection says "pick removed from board" because of that stupid consensus rule. I've tried 12 different picks and get the same message for each. |

@mixerman777 Yeah I realize it's a free game so I can't get too mad about it. But you would think there would at least be some integrity involved, since they give away money if you get to a certain point. But I guess it's their way of "controlling" it as much as they can so they don't have people build up large streaks. |

@ColinMac If I had picked a game scheduled for Saturday and it was rained out, I would have had a push. If I picked a game based on the pitching matchup, that's the game I should been assigned on Sunday, or at least I should have been able to change my pick Sunday morning instead of still being locked in. But when I locked in my pick it was the Civale-Stripling matchup. But the pick I got was the OTHER game of the doubleheader. So I should have been assigned Civale-Stripling matchup.

On Saturday I picked the Blue Jays-Indians Sunday game (it was Saturday afternoon when I made the pick and there weren't a lot of options, so I went with the Sunday game --- however I made my pick BEFORE the teams' game on Saturday was rained out). The matchup listed on Streak for Sunday was a single game, and the pitching matchup was Civale vs Stripling, so I took Blue Jays -130. The teams then scheduled a doubleheader for Sunday (after I locked in my Sunday pick). Streak assigned me the OTHER game of the doubleheader (not Civale vs Stripling) and of course the Blue Jays lost that one and won the one I should've been given. What's the deal? I clearly picked the pitching matchup of Stripling vs Civale, why was I assigned a different game in the doubleheader?

Hi everyone, This will be a silly question for many of you, but I am fairly new to horse betting so I have a question about today's payout. I use bookmaker as my site. I did the 0.10 trifecta bet, and spent about $120 (keyed a few horses obviously) on the ticket. I see the $1 tri payout is around $1700, so shouldn't the 0.10 bet be worth around $170? My winnings ended up at $50 which seems low. Is it because the more horses you key, the more the payout is sliced? Or maybe bookmaker pays out less because of some weird rule on their site. Thank you for any help. |

I've tried on my phone, chrome and firefox. When I go to the "make picks" page, it's blank. Is this now an app-based contest only and not accessible through covers.com?

So I'm a bit of a newbie, please bear with me. I have an account on bookmaker, and I bet $1 on the 1 horse in the 7th race at Del Mar. The horse won and paid $4.60 to win. So shouldn't I win 4.60 on a dollar bet? Bookmaker said I won $1.30, which is my original dollar back plus 30 cents. Can someone explain what I am missing? Thanks. |

Eassssssyyyyy pick. OKC is putting it all together and the Pacers have a D-League roster.
The line was way off on this one. Should have been OKC -4 or -5.

Shows you this game is pretty much all luck and very little skill. In his past 6 picks, he's gotten a blocked extra point to save his streak with a push, and two miracle comebacks in the NBA, including needing every single point of a 41-25 run to end last night's game. Covering a 7 point spread after going to OT with a road team almost never happens.
Stack is getting to W25. Nobody has ever had this much luck in the history of this contest.

At this point you can't even argue that Bettman's league is the most rigged sport in the world.
Two nights ago, it was the Stars goalie following orders and letting in a softie to hit the over. Last night, Ducks are up 4-1 and the goaltender doesn't even attempt to stop a Bruins shot with 22 seconds left. Over 5.5 hits with a 4-2 final. I get that Bettman is a crook and has high level ties to wise guys, but at this point he's not even trying to hide the fact that his players fix the end of games to help the mob. Why is this not investigated?

I'll never get the people on this forum. Six straight wins for the Rangers and you take a crappy Blackhawks team to beat them? So weird.

This guy has had some crazy luck. He needed a blocked extra point in the final seconds of the Ari-Sea game to get a push and keep his streak at 14.
Got another push the next night thanks to a crazy rally by the Celtics. |

Carolina-Dallas game O/U was 6, and fell to 5.5 right before faceoff.
Carolina up 4-1, scores a goal with three seconds left to win 5-1. Goalie wasn't even pulled. He just let it in. Obviously something was up at the end. I get that the NHL is the most crooked sport there is, but this was too obvious.

Um, Pittsburgh stinks. They lost to Navy. Montana is a perennial NCAA tourney team and always plays well against Power 5 teams. Montana wins this one straight up.
