They have to make it up because of the BCS and how teams who beat other teams factor into the equation. The only time a game wouldn't be made up is if a FCS school was playing an FBS school. It would be made up on the final weekend of the season most likely. |

No bet because it was ended early due to weather.

Good luck Tree. There isn't a Saturday where I don't check your plays. I think the Sooners get it done tonight.

Thank you Carolina and Reach. Good luck to you both today and for the season.
Also, it sounds like Tulsa will be running the same Umbrella defense again tonight that they ran against Oklahoma. That means they are going to play corners 10 yards off and their safeties about 20 yards from the line of scrimmage. Landry Jones and Ryan Broyles basically played catch all game long against this same defense. Broyles wasn't touched all night long. Never pressed at the line or nothing. Blackmon is going to have a monster game tonight. Good luck. |

Oklahoma State Team Total Over 40
For those of you who know me you know I don't post picks often and I only post when I feel I have something to offer the forum. Some of you may remember that I cover C-USA. I can tell you that Tulsa has no chance at all to stop this offense. They could always score with OSU and keep the game close but the Cowboys will do whatever they want on offense and they'll do it all game long. Oklahoma scored 47 on Tulsa but the Golden Hurricane actually caught a break that night. They were lucky it was the first game of the season and OU wanted to work on its running game. In truth Landry Jones could have passed for 700 yards if he felt like it. The Tulsa defense just let Ryan Broyles run freely through its secondary and they didn't touch Jones all game long. What do you think Justin Blackmon and Brandon Weeden are going to do to them? Outside of UCF, these C-USA defenses have no chance against real offenses. Then put one up against an elite offense like Oklahoma State and it gets ugly. Like I said, Tulsa may score too but I would be shocked if the Cowboys don't hang at least 50 on the board Saturday night. Again, win or lose this is my only play of the season. I know this Tulsa team better than any in the country and I don't think I'll have a better situation all year to make a big hit like I do here. Good luck everyone. |

ManRam,
Are there any more openings for this league? If so I would like to play. If not, keep me in mind should someone drop out. Thanks. |

I don't know who is going to win this fight but the first line of this guy's post is "I normally don't lay this kind of juice..." Playing a big favorite every now and then doesn't mean you don't know how to gamble. Isn't it possible that he just really likes Brookins to win?
I agree if you only bet huge ML favorites you will get into trouble at some point but I remember this guy taking Manny Gamburyan when he was like +500 against Mike Brown. It's not like he's just betting GSP and Anderson Silva. I don't want to get into the middle of anything but in my opinion he had a right to get ticked off. Sharpstick wasn't just disagreeing with his play, he was telling him how to bet. That rubs me the wrong way too. Just my opinion. Good luck to both of you tonight. Should be some good fights with two cards to choose from.

I see a couple of you got a little nervous early on. No problem. Villanova wore them down and won easy. Game wasn't even close after the first quarter.

No idea what he was doing. None at all. God damn disgraceful day for Jones and then chicken shit quarterback he's trying to sell SMU fans. Trust me, the Mustangs won seven games despite Padron, not because of him.

Padron has been inconsistent all year. Some SMU fans love him. I'm not one of those guys. Jones has a couple of big-time quarterbacks come in next year. I think Padron is going to need an incredible spring to keep his job. He misses way too many wide open receivers every week, as you can probably tell from watching today's fiasco. SMU has actually been a running team all year. Most of their games this season haven't been very high scoring at all because they miss too many opportunities down the field. Good luck guys.
