Great call. The early money all went onto the Ravens by the sharpies. Ad the books dropping down to 3 in some places 24 hours before kickoff just screaming for Niners money was the tell-all.

I figured two fallacies behind the 49rs, and one of them was their defense. Decent/good teams scored on them the last month or so. That, and Kaepernick. Young first time Super Bowl QB's have a very bad track record in the SB, sans Brady.
That and the Ravens game-planned well against RGIII. Sometimes all it takes is one comment from a player for me to notice, and when Jared Allen was asked how the Vikings were able to beat the 49rs, he said if you get physical with them, you can beat them.
Ravens = physical.
I also had inside info on the blackout making for an over play
