Someone here can give me a RATIONAL and Plausable explanation as to why Bill Harrigan awarded this try.

Bill Harrigan was NOT fatigued (fatigue can lead to errors)

Bill Harrigan did not have to make a split second decision

Bill Harrigan was NOT blind sighted

Bill Harrigan was NOT looking at something else.

Every SINGLE person on the planet, fans, players, commentators ALL saw it was NOT try, yet Harrigan awarded.

JUST ONE PLAUSABLE EXPLANATION as to why it was awarded...

and people here have the hide to say there is no corruption.

Rod, agreed, but i am looking at the nature of the decision. As i said, bad decisions happen because of fatigue, the need to make split second decision, blind sighted etc etc

The fact that he had unlimited time, unlimited replays, EVERY person could see it was no try and he awards it...the only logical conclusion is that he deliberately cheated for reasons which is anyones guess....
