Did you guys watch the Dogs Cows game last night?
Make up your own mind. I had Dogs +8.5. The Cows were up by 7 with about 30 secs left. The dogs had the ball 20 metres out from there own line and one of the dogs players lost it. It was then Cows ball with about 20 secs. What happened next was eye raising to say the least.
After the dogs player lost the ball, pretty much all the players on BOTH sides after the drop ball pretty much gave off the body language of "that's it, game over" and they went to a stand still to run off the clock except for 2 Cows players who were DESPERATE to pack the scrum to stop the clock and to try and score again.
I noticed when these 2 cows players tried to pack, a couple of other cows players went up to them and from I saw were pretty much saying, no lets not pack, just run the last 20 secs off the clock, we have already won, whats the point....anyways, these 2 cows players looked like they said something back and all of a sudden they had a real urgency to pack the scrum.
I am not saying anything except I found that very very odd, very odd.
Up 7, you have definitely won 100%, 20 secs left and pretty much every one on BOTH sides gave off the body language of that's it, just let it run out, its done except for 2 cows players who were extremely desperate to get the scrum down.
Anyone else see that?

My bad, NRL players are the epitome of moral behaviour. I mean ,there is corruption and cheating in business, stock markets, politics, police forces etc etc, but low and behold ,never ever in sports where gambling is advertised 24/7....NEVER.
