Todays FA Cup looks tempting but too much action on the over is making it prime for a rigged game....going to take the road less traveled and take a small position on the over on the Israel/Switzerland game.
Israel/Swiss over 2.75
Stay cozy

I use the term rig loosely. Too many eyes rooting for the same outcome is what I mean. Literal rig perhaps but more psychological and dare I say it metaphysical.

I've been betting on sports for over 30 years and it is impossible for me to ignore the aspect of public influence. Now with sports gambling being embraced by the leagues and young people having access so easily to wagering it is safe to say that modern sportsbook are targeting a new generation of squares that they can influence with smoke and mirrors.

my little cousin is a freshman at St. John's this year and he has been betting for a couple of years. He was telling me his friends never heard of this site and mostly rely on Instagram as their source for "sharp" plays. The modern attention span doesn't want to sift through stats or understand the nuisances of gambling (public perception, misdirection, line movements...) They just want instant gratifcation and will blindly follow anyone flashing hundred dollar bills with outrageous promises.

I feel bad for any new bettors that get really excited over sports betting especially if they have a couple big wins...there going get locked in for a long time and there going lose a ton of money in the long run

I'm guilty of it. ..just started sports betting 3 years ago. I have to say the first year luck was on my side. I didn't know what the hell I was doing but kept winning that I never show up to work. Then suddenly the more I learn the more I lose....this year I learned to just follow a few teams and slowly mitigate my loses...

1-1 in the first half. Sometimes the public does win. We will see how it finishes.

@jesron1269
sure the public wins at times. I'm just never on those plays. When I walk into the pub on Sundays to watch NFL my games are usually not on the main TV's.

Fair enough. I wanted to get a bet on Charlton to score in the 2H (-500 so I was working through my parlay options) and by the time I figured out my parlay these Mo Fos scored not once but twice already. Damn.
