WEEK 14
HOME JIMC0911 -400/+400 RANGE
AWAY JJWOODS -250/+250 RANGE
Monday 1/6 Portugal
Gil Vicente/Rio Ave DRAW +220 (888 sports)
JimC - I have a couple strategy questions if you don’t mind….
Is the name of the game to rack up as many wins per week as possible, or does hitting some underdogs give a ROI that adds to the value and rewards the Capper? I hope this makes sense.

NM I just saw the +1 pt for ROI and head to head scoring.
So at the end of the week the higher ROI receives 1 pt? Head to head is 2 pts for winner and 1 pt for draw. Seems to me, I should be playing more favorites to win, vs underdogs and draws at say +180 or higher? As Home Team, 7 (days) favorites at -400 I would think goes 6-1 or 5-2 for the week. So as an Away Team, I really want the draw to keep up and would need to select mostly -250. Sorry I’m rambling…..am I on the right path? Thanks in advance

@JJWoods
IF YOU FINISH WITH A BETTER ROT THAN YOUR OPPONENT YOU GET 2 PTS FOR THE WIN. YOU GET A BONUS POINT IF YOUR ROI IS IN THE POSITIVE. YOU CAN STILL GET THE BONUS POINT EVEN IF YOU LOSE TO YOUR OPPONENT AS LONG AS YOUR ROI FOR THE WEEK WAS IN THE POSITIVE. IN THAT SCENARIO, YOUR OPPONENT WOULD GET 3 POINTS AND YOU WOULD GET 1. SO, THERE IS A STRATEGY TO TRYING TO FINISH WITH A BETTER ROI THAN YOUR OPPONENT, BUT IF YOUR OPPONENT IS HAVING A GREAT WEEK AND THERE'S NO REALISTIC WAY YOU CAN CATCH THEM, YOU STILL WANT TO TRY TO AT LEAST GET THE POINT FOR THE POSITIVE ROI.
