Looks like to me the only teams that have something to play for are as follows:
Man City (win or draw and win the EPL title for the 4th time in a row)
Arsenal (win only as draw doesn't help with a Man City loss and win the EPL title)
Luton Town win (maybe even draw depends if Burnley loses or not) to avoid relegation (Sheffield United is already relegated so that is one gone)
Burnley win and hope Luton Town loses to avoid relegation
Am I missing anything? Otherwise best guess who shows up for what. I think Man City scores early and may or may not concede one to West Ham. If West Ham happens to score first good lord get on the over live as Man City will definitely be coming blazing.
I think Arsenal scores first and holds onto that lead all the way wire to wire. I don't think Everton scores. They have been playing well, low scoring and actually keeping a clean sheet but coming into Arsenal's pitch in a must win is gonna to too much.
I think both Burnley and Luton Town score. Don't know if they win, draw or lose. But if I was going to bet it 100% they score and maybe win. So perhaps double chance the best option.
What are everyone's thoughts on the final match day of the season?

Sorry but I think you are mistaken. Man City wins title with win, or Arsenal loss only or both teams draw. If Man City Draw and Arsenal win then Arsenal win the title on GD because both teams would be level on points. Luton Town are dropping, they would have to win and Nottingham would have to get crushed, GD would again be tie breaker and before matches Nottingham are +12 on GD. Burnley are already dropped no matter outcomes of Sunday.
I see both teams scoring in Man City game, and Arsenal Draw.
Good Luck

If Newcastle win and Chelsea lose then they get into ECL likewise Chelsea wins and Tott loses they would jump up to Europa and Tott would get ECL is that right ?
exactly-Chelsea has some motivation though Totty just has to avoid losing to get the Europa spot...
the relegation battle looks more interesting in Serie A with a group of clubs around the drop zone and needing points in a big way-my 2 cents!

Of every great team Pep has coached he’s only gone undefeated once at home, 09/10 Barca. One has nothing to do with the other perhaps, situational at best but it is something of note.
that 09 Barca squad was stacked to the teeth.
