Missed the first two plays. Does any one know of any good in game or 2nd half books that except USA bettors. I have 5dime account but they do not offer live betting on today's soccer games and limited half time bets. :(. Otherwise I could have taken advantage of the low scoring in the first Italy game

Michu only on the bench for Swansea. He has a back injury. That's almost half of Swansea's goals gone.
