Germany on their route for finals.
Germany at this point looks as the best team on the tournament so far. They play all games with style and against formidable opponents and win all three matches. Now in the quarter-final they meet Greece and they are overwhelming favorite in this one. They are complete for this game and for every position they have good replacement if something goes wrong. Coach Low will probably start with 4-2-3-1 formation as he did so far.
Greece has some problems
Greece is a persistent team but with some lack of creativity, their main weapon is to set piece or patiently wait for opposition error to gain the lead and then defend until the final whistle as they did so valiantly in the surprise victory over Russia. For this match they have some big problems as captain Karagounis and left-back Holebas will miss this game as they got booked against Russia. There is no doubt will play a combative side against the Germans with the strengthen midfield and try to minimize the threat of the likes of Ozil and Schweinsteiger.
Germany should continue their quest
As I said, Germany is a big favorite in this match, much better team on all positions. Also, some important in the Greece squad makes it look like Germany should sail through this one. The Germans will be patient as ever and dominate the possession throughout the game. They will get their chances and assuming Gomez and Co. will use at least two of them as they are on form in front of the goal.
