Hedge this parlay

Final game of a multi sport parlay ends with-brazil wins confederation cup at -120... Im not a huge soccer bettor. Should I let this ride or hedge with spain somehow? What are thoughts on this game

should I take spain moneyline then or pick? I barely understand how the soccer bets work. I just have brazil to win the cup

If you're just hedging, I don't see the point in taking Spain as a draw would lose you both. Better off taking the PK and at least only risk losing one bet in the event of a draw. But I think Spain takes this easily.

toomjob if I take spain pk and its a draw after 90 and spain loses do I lose that bet? I don't bet a lot of soccer

You need to take Spain to win the cup. That way you win one way or the other.

Osirus to answer your question above no.  The Pk or ML selections are for the 90 min and stoppage time only.

But if you take spain pk you do need to have spain win in 90 min right?

I can only bet regulation plays with my local so I can only speak for that. If your brazil bet is for the whole cup and you can place a Spain bet on the whole cup, then definitely take that. If its regulation only, though, then I'd take the PK in the event of a draw.

With a pk I believe a draw would equal a push for your bet.

Gotcha. Thanks guys. Looks like spain to win the cup is best way. Maybe ill wait until halftime...

Osirus, yes Spain wuold need to win in the 90 minute regulation to win your bet. The good thing about the pick is that if it ends tied then you don't lose your bet you just push.

If you can I would take Spain to win the cup for your hedge.

Whatever you do don't take the moneyline because if it ends tied then you will lose your bet.

As long as your book lets you do in game wagering. Also if Spain were to get the lead 1-0 or even lets say 2-0 then you will have to lay a lot worse odds at half. Not saying that is what is going to happen but just something to think about.
