I should've done a better job of selling it. It's a look at VAR through the eyes of an economist, touching on issues of unintended consequences, the difficulty of using precise language in making rules, incentives, etc. The participants even reference a fascinating article by Richard Dawkins re human efforts to draw bright lines in a world of gradations.
Fascinating stuff (to me) and confirms my priors (VAR sucks).
