Despite Croata being on 4 points right now, and Italy only on 2 points right now. I'd say Italy are more likely to advance. Italy have already secured 1 point from their match with Spain, and Croatia has yet to play Spain.
Essentially, all Italy has to do to advance is beat Ireland.

Completely disagree. No team in this tournament is 1/10th of Italy. Yes they held their own against Spain but Spain uncharacteristically played without a center forward which never gave them the finishing option. Ireland with a bit of pride has enough quality to get a point against Italy any day. Not saying they will but putting Italy on a pedestal like that is ludicrous.

i agree, Bilic told mandukic to forget about pressing pirlo and start pressing the center back and attacking the cross. you know the story afterwards. Spain basically did the same thing with Torres, but its already late and Torres is wasteful. Italy looking good, but they need trio juventus backline, and de rossi in motta position to guard Pirlo. with current starting lineup, the backline will always be shaky and vulnerable at times.

i agree, Bilic told mandukic to forget about pressing pirlo and start pressing the center back and attacking the cross. you know the story afterwards. I still remember that game that the two Scandinavian teams fixed to a 2-2 final and knocked Italy out. As much as I hate fixed games, I loved that one just to see Italy get fucked in the ass.
