Philly have obviously been struggling and they are facing an NY team that appears to be playing better and hasn't lost in their previous 5 MLS matches. The Union haven't won in their previous 7 home MLS matches, but they are finally scoring. They scored 9 in their last 3 (granted allowed 11). I think tonight they will come out with a gameplan to avoid getting into another shootout, as they will most likely lose like this against NY. They should be confident that a goal will come, NY defense is VERY shaky, even in their 4-1 win over Columbus they could've allowed SEVERAL goals. If the Union can come out with a play to defend I think they have a good chance to steal the game.

Tell me, given that NYRB are playing their best football of the season, and Philly Union haven't won in 7 consecutive home matches, why do you figure the Union are favorites tonight? This is not generally how I cap but to me NYRB PK @ -106 is absolutely BEGGING for wagers (more than your average game).
