If I put Scotland moneyline as my bet does the penalty shootout win count as a win or is it a draw/push?
My friend told me that after the 90 minutes plus all the extra time the game would result in a push, regardless of who won in the penalty shootout. Is that true?

In my past bets I always get my money back when it ends in tie. I was just wondering because I never had a bet go into penalty shootout...
Hmm...that's not how it should work (maybe you had a DNB or PK??). You must have a very nice book. Soccer ML bets are almost always regulation time (first 90 min).
Normally for matches that has a chance to go into Extra Time or Shootout there should always be an option such as "Scotland to Advance" which you would have definitely won (for example Specimen had this exact bet in his post).

Its because my scotland bet is a 2 way moneyline bet without draw offered opposed to the traditional 2 way moneyline bet with draw offered.
I'm guessing i'm getting my money back because penalty shootouts dont count. 2 way moneyline bets graded through 90 minutes and extra time. Not penalty shootouts

2 way moneyline bet, not a traditional 3 way ml bet with draw offered.
