Manchester City clinched their third successive Premier League title on Saturday. They will host the 12th-placed Chelsea as their last home league match of the season.

Manchester City are in top forms at present. They won their 11 consecutive Premier League games and have scored 32 goals in this progress. Also, they won all the past nine home League matches. On the other hand, Chelsea have lost their last five meetings to City without scoring any single goal, and they know it will be a massively difficult task they have this weekend. Back the City win and lead at half and full time.

Man u like u said already won the premiére league why would tgey give a Damn about this match. I think Chelsea plays very hard and man u is still celebrating and moving on to there next league coming up.Chelsea +1 seems like a nice play on chelsea
