I actually DID "interact" with it, and actually had a:

"tit-for-tat" with the scammer that is making these "offers", questioning him about "why" he does not follow-through with his "implied offer".

He FLAT-OUT responded with his warped reasoning:

"Buy first", and as-soon-as that is "established", then, and ONLY THEN will I give you the "freebie"!!!

It is AN ACTUAL con-artist behind this

scam-vertisement!!!

Regardless, I am simply taking this "public" so that this bozo is, at least "exposed", due to the fact that he is

CONSTANTLY-&-PERPETUALLY-&-INCESSANTLY

"infiltrating-&-inundating" EVERYBODY'S threads THROUGHOUT "Covers", with this BS, and "Covers" doesn't seem to be doing anything about it.
