Tottenham did not impress me last week. They looked slow and one paced. They are really missing the goals from Gareth Bale, and I don't think they will win easily today. Leaving this one alone or may go for the ASIAN on SWansea.
I like the way Man CIty are playing. Fast, direct, great variations in pace, with terrific players. Reckon the will win easily today and cover the asian of -1.5 . They looked fantastic last week , taking Newcastle apart.

I believe we must have watched a different Spurs team last week. They were in " full press mode " the entire second half. All in all, I thought it was a very dominant performance, as the game stats will confirm ( 18- 5 shot advantage......58% possession etc ). They followed that up with a 5 -0 pasting at Dinamo Tbillis. Now they come back to the friendly surroundings of home field. Swansea are no push overs, but I wouldn't say that Tottenham are a one man team. They are contenders for the title in every way possible.
As for Man City looking impressive over Newcastle. That should have been a given, seeing that they played half the game a man down at City. Add to the fact that Pardew had no $ at his disposal to buy players, while City spent a gazillion dollars. Today they play that world class power house Cardiff. Who ? Exactly.....it's a no brainier that pays accordingly.

I just don't think you can bring in all these players, and expect them to combine and gel. That takes time. I am not quite sure what 'full press mode' is but it probably applies more to basketball than soccer.
You cannot just replace Gareth Bale's 26 season goals. It's a massive hole to fill....

" full press " is a term associated with constant pressure that a team puts on another. Something Spurs do very well. Not sure who " all these players " are , that Spurs need to take time to gel. To date, they are 4 straight wins....no losses.
City are the ones who struggled with " all these new players who need time to gel ". Guess they are better against 10 men vs 11.
