anyone ever been? Love to talk to you if you have. Wife and I have tickets for the 12/31 match vs Bournemouth.
Thanks. Looking forward to ringing in the new year in London.

@Martylee
Gonna be in London 12/27 (leave tonight) through 01/04. Thought about heading to to Manchester to see Man City but they play Sheffield United and likely Haaland out anyway. This seemed like the best match in London. Plus the stadium looks amazing.

Will do. Got super great seats with hospitality. I just have read some crazy things about English etiquette before, during and after matches if true I want to be mindful but if bs I want to be aware.

That's incredible man! Do you mind me asking how much a ticket was? I have no concept of pricing for EPL games. Even if it isnt a price on your ticket. What would a mediocre seat cost?
If you dont get feedback for the etiquette here, try Reddit. Im sure you can find real life experience over there

200 pounds (about $250 US) for mid-pitch fourth row. Hospitality includes three pre-match buffet, drinks, entertainment, meet and greet with old time legends (not sure who), half-time drinks/snacks and two hour post-match drinks/snacks. So good value for London in my opinion. Hell easily spend that much at an NFL game. Likely a lot more actually.

I have been few times in EPL games .Not etiquette for me, just a regular seat LOL!
If you are in London, Luton stadium is something unique, especially this year. Away stands entrance is just from another world!

Thanks for the reply. Wish I had time to see more than one. So ticket says if you are caught cheering for the guest team or standing you will be immediately expelled from the stadium. That can’t be real right? I was like holy shit strict.

Nah, there are many rules that dont make sense. As long as you behave, you will be fine!
Bournemouth is on fire and its manager is doing great things so far . Gotta be a good a match!

Cant agree more. Plan on putting a massive bet on the BTTS (likely the back end of a half dozen or more parlays) before I leave tonight and a big straight bet.

Yeah I was surprised to be honest. Maybe I got lucky. Maybe this is normal for Tottenham. Don’t know. Now trying to figure out best transportation options too and from stadium.

I played soccer year round since I was 4 until high school, so always been a soccer fan. TBH, I just watched EPL as a kid and just fell in love with the Spurs. Ledley King had everything to do with it. From there, I just kept following and then Harry Kane came up, of course. I have a Kane and 7 3rd set kit from three and two years ago, respectively. Hats, scarfs, etc.
So I have no good answer haha.

Visited back in 2020 just before the pandemic and went to 3 matches. West ham, Arsenal, and Tottenham.
Stadium is absolutely gorgeous, definitely the most american feeling stadium of the 3. We sat in the second level behind the goal and as neutrals (and likely sticking out as americans) everyone around us was respectful. If you go as an away fan, just don't end up where you don't belong lol. One thing I did notice which I really appreciated is that basically everyone is in their seats at kickoff and nobody gets up for those 45 minutes, not even to beat the lines.
We took the train there, got off at White Heart Lane and walked over. It was very smooth going both in and out, I'd recommend it.
Enjoy it man, been trying to get back ever since. No sport culture is even close to European football!

Thank you for the response. Very informative. I read about that line. The downside I heard is that it is packed to the gills. Just thinking about hiring a transfer to and from. Match is at 2 pm London time so I am sure that NYE festivities will have already started.
