Tottenham +125: Big Everton fan as I have mentioned before but really liking this spot to cash in with Spurs in a 4:30 am PT start at Goodison. Spurs are really starting to roll and now are as close to full health as they have been in a long time with the return of the influential midfield maestro James Maddison, who had really clicked with Son before going down with an injury. Maddy looked just fine on Wednesday as Spurs exploded for 3 goals in 8 minutes to beat Brentford 3-2. Spurs are right in the hunt for an automatic Champions League berth, tied for 4th with Villa and just 3 points back of London rivals Arsenal.
Everton, on the other hand, is a mess. Injuries have decimated their midfield, strikers Calvert-Lewin and Beto have been absolutely AWFUL finishing chances, though the cash-strapped Toffees have very few options and did absolutely nothing as the transfer window closed on Thursday. The defence is starting to show cracks with Everton having no real alternatives to centrebacks Tarkowski and Branthwaite, who have been terrific but are tiring from playing every game usually the entire 90 minutes. They were very fortunate not to concede in the 0-0 tie with Fulham on Tuesday. Everton has actually been a much better road team and were very unfortunate with some bad VAR decisions in a loss to Spurs 2-1 over Christmas. At home, Everton has won just THREE league games and were also bounced out of the FA Cup by fellow strugglers Luton last weekend. I think we will see some goals in this game as Spurs aggressive style makes them vulnerable on the break, but Spurs will have too much in the end. Think we see a 3-1 type scoreline. 1.5 units.

Nice write up. I am thinking the same thing. Was debating between BTTS, over 2.5 or just Tottenham ML. Or a combination of the three. As you know Son and Sarr are out at their respective cup games but Maddison definitely provided a spark that was desperately needed. Thank you for your prospective as a fan and bettor for Everton. That is very much helpful. Good luck tomorrow!

For sure Jesron, I think the over is a strong consideration too. Sarr for Spurs and Gana for Everton could be back after Senegal got eliminated from the ANC. Gana trained today and with Everton's midfield in such a mess I think Dyche will have no choice but to throw him back into the fire, especially after losing Danjuma to injury against Fulham. Onana has a chance to return but it's doubtful. Not having Doucoure has really hurt... he is back training but is ruled out for the Spurs and Man City (yikes!!) games.
