time to ditch the world cup main thread but I've done very nicely on the futures.
I got 6 out of 8 group winners and 6 out of 8 Quarter finalists and have some nice props running onto who makes the semis and an extra hedge/bet on the Netherlands winning it all.
I'm pretty much content just watching the matches from here on out without playing but there's still opportunities to be had in these matches.
France Germany - The old enemies duelling it out, this is more than a game of football, wars have been fought between these two countries, so much talent on either side, not going to bore people with where the match will be won or lost but I can't pick a side here, I think the draw will come in at 9/4 but I dont think this'll be another 0-0.
Brazil Colombia - everyone and his wife will be on the Colombians but i think theyre a tad over-rated, yes Rodriguez is a superstar but look at what teams they've actually beaten, Greece, Ivory Coast, Japan and a Uruguay team in chaos after losing Suarez.
I think the likes of Luiz, Oscar, even Fred step up here and take some of the burden off Neymar. I can get Brazil at 20/23 and while thats not the best value bet in the world, I have them as the likeliest winner of this match.
