Many of the teams have already qualified...they don't necessarily need a win.  Some can qualify with a tie so a win isn't necessary, that's the tricky part.  Dortmund and Paris St Germain is one of those.  A tie would qualify both....are they playing to win the group or just advance?

 what you said is true, like Man City already in the top of its group, so win lose or draw wouldnt matter to them 

But a group like Barca or ATL Madrid, they need to keep the top spot so the next round they will hopefully meet second place qualifier (which is supposed to be a weaker team) 

So Like Porto they will put everything to win the group, so next round they dont have to meet a team like RM or City.
