Two teams going very much opposite directions. Hard to judge motivations for this Cup but Hoffenheim is facing relegation. They have a lot of problems now to address, and this was not a competition they signed up for anyways--they dropped in after Bayern was chosen for C.L.
They have at least 5 injuries to starters (part of their problem is to get healthy)
Midtjylland has a succesful attacking style, scoring 2+ goals now at home for dozens of matches. Lot od upside to recent form.
I'm just calling this a mismatch due to the fact these are engines going in opposite directions--one is perfecting its horsepower, the other has had catastrophic failure and is in need of major repair services and some down time
This one could go over, only if Hoffenheim can show some of that Bundesliga pedigree and net a goal.
The other matches all look to me as low scoring edgy affairs w/ little to go off of, and guage any mismatches.
Manch Utd might be caught in a 1-1 match for awhile...they have issues, despite a legacy team playing in the top league in the world, etc etc
The only over I feel comfortable taking is PAOK v Galatasaray. Giving the edge to Galatsaray, and will reach a target of 2+ goals, and PAOK would have to be unlucky and hit the post a few times to not keep pressure on them.
