You can find a lottery terminal to play at everywhere around Canada.  I know In Ontario you have to pick 3-6 outcomes for Pro-Line and the Point-Spread game 2-12 outcomes at $100 maxbets.  The Casino in Windsor you are allowed to bet over $100 and able to pick 2-6 outcomes for Pro-Line (they have a mini sportsbook there). Offshore sites tend to scare me with getting your money and stressing about all that stuff rather than focusing on the betting, so I just tend to play proline and centsports!
