Last month I hit a streak of 13 and Covers sent an email to update your info and hoodie size, some 4 weeks later I receive a covers t-shirt which I take was replacing a hoodie, if thats the case they should change what prize is given for a streak of 13, I replied to their email asking them about this which sends an automated response saying your request is being reviewed and they will reply within 24 hours, its been 4 days and no response, has this happened to anyone else on here that has got to 13 in a row?

I got an answer from customer support>>>>>>> We apologize for the mistake. We believe our shipping provider packed a T-Shirt instead of a Hoodie. I have added you in to our next shipping order, we hope to have the hoodie to you in 3-5 weeks.

I think it is clear that covers is in bad financial shape. The Daily free contests used to be best score wins, so every day they would be awarding a hoodie, which A. is pretty darn cheap to buy wholesale and B. serves as advertising. Now they've made it perfect score wins, and almost every game there is no perfect score so no one wins. So they saved themselves a hoodie a day. Big whoop. That's the behavior of a company in trouble. They also discontinued their capper columns or something - I don't remember exactly what it was, but they made an announcement. Anyone close to winning $25k should be wary of hedging - you might lose the hedge and get stiffed on the $25k.
