I am unable to make a selection for this contest for Week 9.  Also how can you find out how many people are still in survival mode for this contest?

 Can't you just count? Go to the leaderboard, count how many per page, find the last page with active contestants, and multiply.

All I get is this contest has already started.  I have already picked weeks 6 to 8 and I am still alive.  I was wanting to make a pick for week 9

I have a similar problem in that I can select in Streak Survivor but it will not let me make a selection for Football Survivor Week 9 even though I am still alive. 

 

Can you fix this.  Thanks

My whole family cannot make a pick. Are we only allowed one account per household or something? We are all individual people playing.
