Can Covers Just Take "Consensus"Games Off The Board?!!!

I've been on Covers for 12 years and I appreciate Covers more than most...but jeez can y'all just take games off that are not available due to "consensus"? Hate to complain about a free site but like I said it's 12 years of frustration built up. It's been this way on streak survivor since I've been here. Can't be that difficult of a fix...

 Seems like a reasonable rule and good sportsmanship to me, it is gambling, sometimes taking away the consensus is an edge for the player since the consensus is often right as it is wrong, 50/50 is the long term average as much as we would like to think we could do better.

 I think you interpreted his complaint differently than I did. I interpreted it as he does not want to click on a pick and have it say not available due to consensus. He wants the pick to not appear if it is not available. That would be nice. I hate when I stay up till midnight to get a good pick and get that message. On that note, as long as we are making requests mine would be to allow us to make the next day's pick before midnight, even though we picked today. Maybe even if today's game has not ended. Then we can all get more sleep. Just the way it is in my dreams. No complaints.

heres the thing, I have clicked on a game and it says not avai....blah blah. Then 2 mins later , its available and i pick it and it wins. so, I interpret as just a complainer, sniff sniff

 I have seen that also. I wonder what causes that. But sometimes it never comes back to available.

I believe the "consensus" changes when the line changes. If 75% of bettors have the Lakers at -3, then Covers won't let you make a pick. But as soon as that line changes -- to Lakers -3.5 or -2.5 -- then you start over since there is no consensus (yet) for the new line. Once 67-70% of bettors go one way or the other on the NEW line, then consensus rules kick in again.

Most of the time just wait 5 or 10 minutes and it comes available again.

 Yeah that's exactly right. I just hate when I click on a pick that is no longer available. I wish unavailable picks could just be taken off the board.
