No they won't pay.
Of course they will pay. That's the best thing that can happen to them. Image the bargaining power they will have once someone wants to advertise on this sight.
Once Dog wins $100K, you are going to tell 5 friends to join and they will play, they will tell 5 friends, so on and so forth. I would image that Walmart (advertising on the right hand side here) is going to have to pay alot more because 10's of thousands more people are hitting this website each and everyday to see what the hype is all about.
Plus........talk about hedge...
Bodog can hedge also. They can easily wager 50K to cover some of their losses. Or they probably have an insurance policy to cover the cost of the jackpot. That's probably why Wagerline decreases to 10K if someone wins. The policy is probably a once a year payout limit.
