Got everyone of my prizes!

It took about 3 weeks from the day I won each prize, hat, hoodie and $1000 check to make it to my front door.

Contest was lots of fun, but customer service SUCKS! Not sure who is in charge of answering emails, but I sent LOTS of emails, just asking them to let me know they got my email claiming my prizes... NOT ONCE did I get a reply. So after days with no reply from covers, I called them and they said my prizes are being sent, and they arrived three weeks later.

Fun contests... BAD customer service! Covers... get Lou some help!

Congrats man...I want to see a cheque too! Hopefully I can get a nice streak.

I guess people should learn now to CALL THEM not EMAIL THEM!
