I have a question about the recent Cal Poly SLO vs. California NCAAB game. The initial line for the total points was set at 152, but it moved very quickly and never returned to that number. I noticed that a few people, especially one bettor I’m familiar with—Molly Dog—were able to lock in that over-152 line. I tried to get it myself, but by the time I acted, it was long gone and never came back to that mark.

It seems that Molly Dog has a knack for snagging these lines before they shift, which has been impressive to watch. I'm genuinely curious about how he’s able to consistently catch these numbers, especially with his Survivor streak on the line. Could you explain how he might be doing this?

 Other than watching it when it gets closer to what number they're looking for, I can't help you. I know covers does things differently then lithe places, but it is a place to play free so they can set up their rules however I guess.

Probably an algo being used. There are resources online you can pay for that track +vig bets aka line value movement. That is probably what they are doing since the odds on Covers seem to lag the live odds that are out there.

Using such a resource still doesn't mean they are going to win anything though in the long run. Even a great very likely to occur +EV bet will lose over 30% of the time.

This streak contest mostly comes down to luck in the end.
