I always wonder why every year in college basketball you can go to the live odds page here at Covers and see totals set under the Covers odds for every college basketball game around 12 or 1 pm but the totals don't show up in the survivor contest as a pick until 4 or 5 pm.
I know it's only TV games that have totals for the contest but why the hours long delay if you already have the numbers?
