Never Received Hat

Recently hit 9 straight and responded to email and verifed mailing address as being correct .. however its been 2+ weeks and still not received my hat ... Granted it is a hat .. however .. no one at wagerline will respond to my emails and I am wondering if I got scammed .. How long does it take .. ?||paint_help.gif' border=0>
