I don't get why this has been such a problem lately? All other games instantly grade as a W or L once the game ends...

 There's something going on with NBA games.  We were hoping it was just a preseason thing and would be alright in regular season.  We're on it, apologies guys for the frustration!

 Not just NBA games now, but all sports in Streakcatcher.

a few games were graded yesterday   for instance chuckywho pick was scored yesterday. if this persists beyond today he for one has a major advantage in the monthly. he can pick and no one else can

I'm tied for 1st in the monthly and my pick on the Liberty game last night is stuck. Will I be able to play today? The worst kind of communication is NO communication at all. Let all players affected with stuck picks know when this will be remedied.

lactoburton you won last night so once it is scored you are all alone in 1st place with 19 wins

actually you would have a 2 game lead over second because of the win percentage .  this is so unfair

for november covers should shut down until they can resolve their issues satisfactorily.. meanwhile for october they should take picks manually somehow. 

Tammy and the rest of the covers team where are you.. we the people seem to be more aware of whats happening than the covers team who i imagine are not volunteers but in fact get paid . why no contact with us your customers

lactoburton there is good news and bad news  the good news is that you can now make a pick for today but the bad news is that covers has not credited you with the win

mvpss and galgeorge, I see we are now back in business. The win from yesterday will be credited at some point. Hopefully, and I have had this happen 2 or 3 times before, it's all fixed and we get back to picking games with no more glitches!

Hey all,

We are aware of the contest grading issue with most all NBA games and a few other games in various sports and are looking into it. Once fixed the leaderboard and any games effected by this should show correctly on the leaderboard/your KOC and Streak Survivor profile pages. We plan to have a fix in place prior to months end as we understand monthly and league leaderboards need to be accurate.
