Pick not updated

Why does covers seem to take so long recently in grading their contestants pick?

I don't get why we have to wait sometimes 2 days to submit a new pick because the system doesn't complete our pick results in time.

Is there a fix to improve this?

Why is my NBA pick of Minnesota -1 from last night still pending?

Hey guys - just going through all these threads so you know this is seen, and we are working on it. Something is not firing properly with the NBA games. We'll get tech on it to see what's what.  In the meantime, Colin or Flynt should be able to clear everything out tomorrow.  Apologies for the headaches!

Commenting so I can get updates - also stuck on the PHO-LAC game! (At least this time it's not stuck at 4th 00:00, but it's as if the game never started)

 It's sounding like it's all picks from yesterday, but the NBA issue has carried over from the preseason where it had to be manually graded no matter what.

Streakcatcher picks not updated again - now for Oct. 23.

This has been happening regularly. Covers this affects the credibility and confidence in your site.

This happens often with Covers: Streak survivor NBA pick Indiana took overnight to show the win but the profile is not updated.  So the streaks are inaccurate (since I should be on the monthly leaderboard) and my pick shows as pending.  But it allows a pick for today, Quite a few software bugs.

Please FIX ASAP

Same for me in all King of Covers contests. Been like this for more than a day.

Hi all, sorry, was off yesterday, and I wanted to come back to these threads and follow up.  I know this is so frustrating - I'm really sorry about that.  We have a ticket in with Tech to get these fixed.
