Hi, I hit a 9 game streak with the 9th win coming yesterday (Saturday, 2/16/13). However, I didn't get a prize notification email for the hat. Not sure if it wasn't sent yet, but I checked my account settings and everything seems to be in order with my correct email address, etc. Do I need to do anything else? Thanks.
