Question

What are the requirements with the pick deadline.

1. Must the game be finished before the deadline;

2. Must the game start before the deadline;

3. Must the pick just be made before the deadline (so if my deadline is today and I make a selection for Saturday because they are available, will that count as being on time).

The rules are not clear though they do state that they will not change a person's status while a pick is pending so I assume that means #3 above is applicable.

I am only at 9 so I have a ling way to go but since I mainly play football at this time of year, the deadline could come into play if 1 or 2 above applies.

Wish it was that easy. My current health does not allow me to get to the site that often 9once per week if I am lucky. Would be much easier if when I did find the time, like today, I can select a late Saturday game or a sunday game and know it qualifies because it submitted before the deadline even though the game will not start (or end) before the deadline passes.

Correct with # 3You only have to make a pick BEFORE your deadline time from ANY available selection on the board, even if the game is a month away. As long as you make a pick BEFORE your time expires, you are good as your pick will be PENDING as stated in the rules.

very much appreciated and the response I was looking for form the forum. This is how I interpreted the rules but wanted a confirmation so I don&#x27;t screw up since we all know how hard it is to sustain any kid of streak. This definitely makes it easier not to miss a deadline since they put the football on the board days in advance.
