taking away my streak

first time posting here due to my record . i know there are a lot of haters out there .i know there is a problem grading games but i play daily i left for a two day trip to watch my bengals lose with a 5 game streak and when i came home i had a 2 game streak.  my golden state game was a push and san antonio was. a win.the wisconsin game i dont remember playing but maybe i did.point is i should be at 5 right now . please look into this.i dont get to 5 very often

Ya I'm sure a lot of ppls are messed up. mine included. It's a bug in the system theyll fix it

my last pic won (NBA memphis -8 over indiana) and it has a loss and says the final score was 10 to 9....(the final score was like 110 to 95)

 You are not alone with this. Major problems occurred last month (Oct 21/22) with Streak Survivor having frozen picks which then made the monthly/overall player won loss totals inaccurate. When they were fixed around Oct 28. I found 3 wins had been removed from my overall wins total and then last month (Nov 21) I had another win removed out of the blue so I'm actually down 4 wins that I earned. I posted about this a couple of weeks ago and Tammy the Covers Referee responded that they are aware of these issues. So far, these wins have not been credited back. Been playing Streak Survivor for 15 years and honestly, the first 14.5 years I don't remember any issues at all, whereas the last 6 months there has been lots of problems with frozen picks. During baseball season I had 1 pick frozen for over 36 hours. Not Good. 

Having said all that, I know they'll get this fixed and back to being reliable like it once was before

 Which of your picks? it seems like its an NBA games issue. They have one of my games at 4-4 and another not even close.. Hopefully they fix it before they reward the monthly because i won the monthly

 Right now I play mostly NHL with a little football mixed in. All the games I played (30 days) were reflected correctly for the November monthly win/loss totals however on November 21, 1 win was removed from my overall win totals and 1 loss was added to the loss column. Who knows what month/year that win was switched from. Same as my October issues, the monthly totals were eventually correct but 3 wins disappeared from my overall wins total.

Hope you get the November monthly issue sorted out. 

my pick on nov 29 should be graded as a loss. I had toronto raptors plus 8 and they lost by 10. Current streak should be 2 not 4

Hey guys, apologies for the issues. The good news is, it looks like the greater problem has been pinpointed, and there is a fix in the works.  It may take some time.  In the meantime, I'll forward this on to the guys to do any grading that needs done.
